On the occasion of Tet 2026, Veranda Vietnamese introduces the pre-set menu Tinh Hoa Tet Viet (The Quintessence of Tet) as a gentle invitation, guiding guests on a culinary journey through Tet flavours rich in auspicious meaning. The set menu evokes the spirit of early-year togetherness with thoughtfully prepared, familiar dishes from crispy Hoi An style spring rolls and richly marinated pork in fish sauce to the light and refreshing lucky chicken salad creating a harmonious and well-rounded Tet feast.
